How can I access the trading platform?
Your trading platform credentials are shown in the Tradiac app. You will see the MT5 account number, password and server address.
How many accounts can I have?
Each user can only have only have one Tradiac account at any given time.
Is the challenge done in a live account?
No. All of our accounts run in a simulated environment.
Can I change my password?
You can change your password for the Tradiac app, however, MT5 passwords cannot be changed.
